Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years leadership experience in Procure-to-Pay, Finance, or Customer Service.
• Experience in process ownership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end P2P cycle including procurement and invoice processing.
• Lead and motivate the POLO team to deliver high-quality service.
• Develop and implement POLO processes in line with policy and compliance.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Manage escalations and ensure strong stakeholder relationships.
