Job summary

onsemi in the Philippines is seeking a self-driven Senior Section Head for Probe Test Equipment Engineering to lead qualification projects of our advanced technologies, oversee equipment maintenance, and collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment.

You will manage technology qualification from planning to completion, plan and execute tests and reports, conduct risk assessments, and lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure equipment meets quality standards and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Applied Physics or any engineering field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong technical background in electronics.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor physics and IC manufacturing.
• Good analytical and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management of technology qualification from planning to completion.
• Plan and execution from tests and reports in a timely and committed manner.
• Risk assessment and resolution of manufacturing reliability and quality issues.
• Equipment maintenance of Probe Test Equipment.
• Leads Engineers and Technicians for ensuring equipment is within the required quality and maintenance.
• Maintains the KPI for Probe test and directly reports to Test Equipment Department Manager.
• Liaise with different groups for new devices/packages.
• Point of contact on any related Probe activities/projects concerning equipment.
