Job summary

onsemi in the Philippines seeks a self-driven Senior Section Head to lead qualification projects for our most advanced technologies, oversee equipment maintenance, and drive a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

You will manage tests and reports, assess risks, and lead engineers and technicians to ensure equipment quality and maintenance, while coordinating with cross-functional groups on probe activities and projects.

• Plan and execute tests and generate timely reports.
• Perform risk assessment and resolve manufacturing reliability and quality issues.
• Oversee Equipment Maintenance of Probe Test Equipment.
• Lead Engineers and Technicians to ensure equipment quality and maintenance.
• Maintain KPI for Probe testing and report to Test Equipment Department Manager.
• Coordinate with different groups for new devices/packages.
• Be the point of contact for probe equipment-related activities/projects.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Section Head, you will have the opportunity of leading the qualification projects of our most advanced technologies, Equipment Maintenance and participating in a broad range of activities in a highly dynamic working environment.

Performance Objectives

• Project Management of technology qualification from planning to completion.

• Plan and execution from tests and reports on a timely and committed manner.

• Risk assessment and resolution of manufacturing reliability and quality issues.

• Equipment Maintenance of Probe Test Equipment

• Leads Engineers and Technicians for ensuring equipment is within the required quality and maintenance

• Maintains the required KPI for Probe test and directly reports to Test Equipment Department Manager

• Liaise with different groups for new devices/packages

• Point of contact on any related Probe activities/projects concerning equipment
