Accenture PLC in the Philippines seeks a Labor & Employment Counsel Manager to provide strategic and operational legal advice on employment matters, including counseling, litigation, policies, outsourcing, restructuring, and advisory to senior management on employment-law risk.

You will manage external counsel, train Legal and HR partners, monitor Philippine labor developments, and collaborate with regional teams on cross-border matters, requiring at least six years in labor and employment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Philippine labor and employment law, including the Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience advising multinational or large organizations on employment matters.
• Strong executive advisory and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and strategic advice on Philippine labor and employment matters.
• Oversee employment litigation and pre-litigation matters with internal teams and external counsel.
• Develop and refine internal employment-law guidelines and resources.
• Advise on outsourcing, restructuring, and M&A from an employment-law perspective.
• Manage relationships with Philippine external law firms and budget.
• Advise executives and HR leadership on compliance and risk.
• Monitor labor-law developments and update policies and practices.
• Provide training to Legal professionals and educate senior management on risk issues.
• Collaborate with regional/global Legal, HR, and business leaders on cross-border matters.
• Identify significant matters and escalate to Employment Law leadership as needed.
