Job summary

GLOBALIZATION PARTNERS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a senior Employment Counsel for APAC to provide strategic legal guidance on complex employment matters across the Asia‑Pacific region.

You will report to the Employment Counsel APAC Director and work in a fast‑paced, global environment with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of employment law experience, including law firm practice and at least 2 years in-house, with exceptional judgment and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Malaysia, Philippines or another major APAC jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of employment law experience including law firm and 2+ years in-house liability.
• Proactive, diligent, and able to meet tight SLAs in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic employment guidance across the APAC region.
• Oversee disputes and risk management with in-house and outside counsel.
• Collaborate with Global Operations and People teams on employee relations matters.
• Scale processes, contracts, and regional handbooks for compliance.
• Deliver in-house training for business units and operations teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of national and local labor laws across APAC.
