Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar lab environment.
• Basic proficiency in handling tools, computers, and light soldering.
• Understanding of chemical handling safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ability to maintain inventory, support housekeeping, and follow 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Testing and inspection coordination, monitoring testing procedures and reporting test status.
• Provide operator training and manage manpower allocations, rotations, attendance, and support schedules.
• Record man-days usage and total for cross-charging across projects.
• Manage sample inventory, registration, organization, and disposals; monitor PPE and consumables.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting on lab equipment and test rigs; coordinate maintenance with technicians.
• Ensure safety and compliance by auditing SOPs and 5S practices; monitor lab hazards.
• Verify test data and compile reports to relevant technical teams.
