Manifold Bio is seeking a highly organized Senior Lab Operations Associate to support day-to-day lab and facility operations, coordinating vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring reliable operations. You will be the primary operational partner to scientific teams and help scale processes while ensuring safety and compliance across the lab environment.

Qualificações

• Required: H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in laboratory operations, facilities, or related roles in biotech, pharma, or research environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, equipment service providers, and facility activities.
• Experience maintaining laboratory inventories, equipment records, and operational documentation.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with scientists, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and service-oriented approach to operations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the Lab Operations ticket queue and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory support activities and priorities.
• Facilitate Lab Operations meetings and track follow-up actions to completion.
• Maintain operational documentation, inventories, and laboratory SOPs.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, workspace setup, access, equipment coordination, and training.
• Own consumable inventory management and replenishment processes.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for scientific staff requests.
• Coordinate routine facility maintenance, contractor activities, and service visits.
• Own vendor scheduling and preventive maintenance planning for equipment.
• Coordinate equipment installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, and service appointments.
• Obtain quotes and coordinate purchasing as requested.
• Track facility and infrastructure issues and escalate risks.
