JD – Sr. Exec L&D

Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs to suggest appropriate learning solutions.
• Design and deliver training modules, including deploying Global EY training content.
• Deliver behavioural training programs and training on usage of L&D tools.
• Assist in L&D Operations.
• Interface with L&D’s internal customers to understand and cater to their learning requirements.
• Publish and manage periodic training calendars for service lines; drive nominations through internal communication and interface with training delivery partners and other internal EY process stakeholders.
• Own, manage, and deliver on learning-related projects allocated to you, including New Hire Orientation, Higher Education, etc.; manage their data and reporting as required.
• Monitor the quality of training delivery with training delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Functional Skills – Essential
• Have strong working knowledge of L&D foundational concepts and processes.
• Have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Possess strong and demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills and be able to handle multiple audiences.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Additional Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience of which at least 2 in the L&D function of a large multinational corporation.
• Stand-up training experience of at least 2 years.
• Experience in managing training projects in the L&D function.
• Have excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
• Willingness to understand the GSS ecosystem and culture quickly and work within it.
