Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Learning & Development Manager for Service Operations to support APAC and EMEA from Manila. You will design, develop, coordinate, deliver, and continuously improve technical and operational learning programs across Salesforce Service Cloud and related ecosystems.

You will partner with Service Operations leadership, global stakeholders, and SMEs to ensure employees and partners are prepared for new systems, processes, products, and operational changes,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Learning & Development or instructional design within tech/services.
• Experience designing training for enterprise applications and complex processes.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning methods and instructional design models.
• Experience creating role-based curricula, onboarding programs, and assessments.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Operations learning programs for APAC and EMEA.
• Partner with global L&D resources to maintain training standards and curricula.
• Design, develop, and deliver training for Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps.
• Develop training for RingCentral/contact-center ops, IVR, QA, WFM.
• Create onboarding and role-based learning paths for Service Operations.
• Produce instructor-led and blended learning materials and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert SOPs and system docs into learning content.
• Participate in system demos, UAT, and release-readiness to identify training impacts.
