Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking a senior Salesforce IT specialist to administer and develop SFDC platforms across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Commerce Cloud. You will drive integrations, data governance, and access controls while aligning with business needs and IT standards.

The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a multinational setting, strong Apex/LWC skills, and proficiency with Jira/Jenkins/GitHub for collaboration and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years Salesforce working experience.
• Experience in a multi-national, global organization.
• Salesforce platform configuration and administration covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Services, CPQ, Commerce Cloud (B2B & B2C).
• Development standards for Apex, LWC, etc.
• Data management and integration experience and identity/access design.
• Experience with web/mobile development and collaboration tools (Jira, Jenkins, GitHub).
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Salesforce apps and integrations across multiple clouds.
• Collaborate with SMEs to implement enhancements and new SFDC functionalities.
• Manage integration, data sharing, identity and access controls.
• Apply project management practices and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Provide training and strong user support across organization.
