Job summary

Foundever® in Ayala 30th, Philippines, seeks a Senior Engineer to deliver end-to-end UKG/Kronos and SAP SF Time Management support. You will develop requirements, document implementation plans, and design system integrations across UKG and SAP Time modules.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, hands-on SAP SF Time/EC skills, and Kronos expertise. It offers a hybrid setup with night shifts in the Ayala area and growth in a global CX environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SF Time Management knowledge.
• Migration experience UKG to SAP SF Time; testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Strong Kronos/UK Time and Attendance experience.
• UKG WIM and SDM knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server for reporting and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug and manage UKG application.
• Provide administration and operational support for SAP SF Time Management.
• Use knowledge to resolve complex problems across UKG and SAP time environments.
• Participate in design and implementation of complex projects with compliance and security guidelines.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery plans are created and maintained.
• Lead migration from UKG to SAP Time including data mapping and cutover planning.
