Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Kronos/UKG specialist to manage and test the Kronos WorkForce Central application, ensuring quality and security compliance. The role includes migration support for new sites, collaboration with external teams, and ongoing status reporting.

The candidate should have 1+ year in Kronos/UKG environments, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with UKG WIM/SDM, Oracle or MS SQL Server databases. Based in Metro Manila, Philippines, onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing on-premise Timekeeping solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UKG WIM and SDM.
• 1 year IT experience with Kronos/UKG on-premise and cloud applications; 1 year with UKG Workforce Central.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert in UKG Time and Attendance; experience using Oracle and/or MS SQL Server databases, WIM.

• Resolve complex end-user problems using knowledge and experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Key contributor in the comprehensive delivery of high-quality support to end users on Kronos Timekeeping.

• Developing user/client requirements and documenting business and technical implementation plan.

• Developing program specifications for system components.

• Developing system interfaces using Kronos utilities.

• Providing security and user maintenance functions.

• Providing management and users with ongoing project status and issues resolution.

• Test and review the quality of developed programs.

• Test and review the quality of overall system.

• Assure quality and integrity of final production implementation – compliance with committed function, dates, data integrity, and performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:

• Responsible for developing, testing, debugging and managing Kronos WorkForce Central application

• Use of knowledge and experience to resolve difficult problems submitted by end-users

• Participates in design and implementation of complex projects while ensuring adherence to the compliance and security guideline of the organization

• Ensure suitable Disaster Recovery plans are created and maintained

• Supporting migration of new sites and countries to the Global Kronos instance

• Collaborates with external teams and stakeholders to coordinate deliverables.

• Writes testable, performant code with unit tests and documents the features and approaches

• Provide direction to and review work of team members around configuration and interfaces

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing on-premise Timekeeping solutions

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Business Analytics, and project planning and deployment experience

• Knowledge of UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Workforce Setup Data Manager(SDM)

• 1 year of IT experience with Kronos/UKG on-premise and cloud applications; 1 year experience working with UKG Workforce Central

• 4-year degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience

• Expert in UKG Time and Attendance; experience using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases, WIM
