Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Kronos/UKG specialist to manage Timekeeping applications and related integrations. You will develop, test, and maintain Kronos components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and disaster recovery readiness across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on experience with UKG WorkForce Central, WIM, and SDM, and a 4-year degree or equivalent work background. Located in Metro Manila, on-site with global clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping and UKG on-premise/cloud.
• Knowledge of WIM and SDM integration within UKG.
• 1 year IT experience with Kronos/UKG on-premise and cloud apps; 1 year with UKG Workforce Central.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and manage Kronos WorkForce Central application.
• Resolve complex issues from end users using Kronos/UKG knowledge.
• Contribute to design and implementation of projects while following security guidelines.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery plans are created and maintained.
• Support migration of new sites/countries to Global Kronos instance.
• Coordinate deliverables with external teams and stakeholders.
• Write testable, performant code with unit tests and documentation.
• Provide direction and review work of team members on configuration and interfaces.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Key contributor in the comprehensive delivery of high-quality support to end users on Kronos Timekeeping.
• Developing user/client requirements and documenting business and technical implementation plan.
• Developing program specifications for system components.
• Developing system interfaces using Kronos utilities.
• Providing security and user maintenance functions.
• Providing management and users with ongoing project status and issues resolution.
• Test and review the quality of developed programs.
• Test and review the quality of overall system.
• Assure quality and integrity of final production implementation – compliance with committed function, dates, data integrity, and performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:

• Responsible for developing, testing, debugging and managing Kronos WorkForce Central application
• Use of knowledge and experience to resolve difficult problems submitted by end-users
• Participates in design and implementation of complex projects while ensuring adherence to the compliance and security guideline of the organization
• Ensure suitable Disaster Recovery plans are created and maintained
• Supporting migration of new sites and countries to the Global Kronos instance
• Collaborates with external teams and stakeholders to coordinate deliverables.
• Writes testable, performant code with unit tests and documents the features and approaches
• Provide direction to and review work of team members around configuration and interfaces

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing on-premise Timekeeping solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business Analytics, and project planning and deployment experience
• Knowledge of UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Workforce Setup Data Manager(SDM)
• 1 year of IT experience with Kronos/UKG on-premise and cloud applications; 1 year experience working with UKG Workforce Central
• 4-year degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Expert in UKG Time and Attendance; experience using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases, WIM
