Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization.
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills are highly required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Quoting Presource packs based on sales rep or customer requests, including changes to existing packs.
• Most communications are with the sales representative, not the hospital customer.
• Focus on cost efficiency and high‑volume components.
• Ensure quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Process diverse requests requiring training (Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs).
• Ability to think critically about non‑standard requests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure rebates are accounted.

What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

Job Summary

• Presource Is the kitting division of Cardinal Health.
• Kits provide efficiencies to our customers; they are able to pull a kit that includes everything needed for a procedure vs pulling individual components off the shelf.
• Kits maybe used in or outside of the operating room depending on the type of kit that is being built.

Accountabilities:

• Quoting out Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request. This may include quoting out a new pack or making changes to an existing pack.
• Most if not all communication will be with the sales rep, not the customer (hospital)
• Focus on best cost, high volume components.
• Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Works through a variety of requests that require additional training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs.
• Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm.
• Working with cross-functional teams.
• Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
