Job summary

Himalaya Wellness Company is seeking a senior Key Account Manager based in Philippines, in Makati City, to manage and develop key retail and e-commerce accounts across hypermarkets, supermarkets and minimarkets. You will drive growth and build strategic relationships with major clients.

Role requires 6+ years in Key Account roles within FMCG or pharma, strong data analysis and reporting skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• 6+ years of Key Account experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven track record in account management with consumer goods experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key retail clients including hypermarkets and minimarkets.
• Handle key account management for e-commerce.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across retail channels.
• Develop customized strategies for each account, optimizing placements and promotions.
• Negotiate contracts and deliver exceptional service to clients and the company.
• Monitor account performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
