Job summary

Pear Tree. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Joinery Programmer to transform approved design documentation into production-ready IMOS programs for commercial joinery. The role emphasizes precision, efficiency, and collaboration with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a joinery programmer, joinery detailer, cabinetry programmer, or similar role within the commercial joinery or cabinetry manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on professional experience using IMOS (Homag)/Microvellum.
• Strong understanding of commercial joinery manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Experience preparing shop drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, CNC programs, and production work orders.
• Ability to accurately interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to producing error-free work.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Revise and update production programs based on approved design changes.
• Maintain accurate project information within ERP and manufacturing software systems.
• Verify the accuracy of manufacturing documentation before production begins.
• Identify and resolve programming or documentation issues to minimize production errors.
• Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications and quality standards.

Job description

Salary range: Php 180,000/month (The final amount will be at the client discretion basing on the candidate's skills and experience.)

Working Hours: Following AU business hours

Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement
