About the role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Joinery Draftsman to support an Australian joinery company. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Mozaik software and be responsible for preparing accurate joinery drawings, detailed cabinetry designs, and production-ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery and cabinetry drawings using Mozaik.

• Develop accurate shop drawings, elevations, plans, sections, and details.

• Interpret architectural plans and client specifications.

• Produce detailed drawings suitable for manufacturing and installation.

• Prepare cabinetry layouts, dimensions, materials, and hardware specifications.

• Coordinate drawings with Australian project requirements and standards.

• Revise drawings based on client, builder, or production feedback.

• Work closely with estimators, designers, and production teams.

• Ensure drawings are accurate, consistent, and completed within project deadlines.

About you

• Proven experience as a Joinery Draftsman / Cabinetry Draftsman.

• Strong hands-on experience using Mozaik.

• Experience in custom joinery, cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, or commercial fit-outs.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.

• Experience working with Australian joinery companies or Australian projects is highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
