You will collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high‑quality, secure systems while driving modernization initiatives like Spring Framework to Spring Boot and Java version upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of Java application development experience, with 2–3 years in a Technical Lead or Senior role.
• Strong Java expertise from Java 8 to Java 21 and Spring ecosystem knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise Java applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout SDLC.
• Drive modernization, including migration from Spring Framework to Spring Boot.
• Lead Java version upgrades (8 → 21) ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Support observability modernization with Splunk to Datadog migration efforts.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and enforce coding standards and security.
