Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Taguig invites a Senior Engineer (C# and Java) to develop enterprise-scale post-trade applications, focusing on real-time processing and workflow automation.

The role requires strong server-side design, experience with messaging, FIX, and cloud deployments on AWS, plus hands-on with CI/CD tools and database systems. You will mentor teammates and collaborate across remote regions in a SaFe agile environment.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of professional experience in global financial services.
• Experience with messaging, trade confirmations and 3rd party messaging vendor integrations (e.g. Markitwire, ICELink).
• Proven server-side design and development in banking/trading environments.
• Strong C# and Java development skills across .NET and Java ecosystems.
• Experience with FIX Protocol and FIX Engines is advantageous.
• SQL Server experience with complex queries and DB management.
• Strong teamwork and communication in agile settings (SaFe/Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications for post-trade affirmation and confirmation workflows.
• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Provide L3 support for production issues and deployments where needed.
• Follow SaFe agile ceremonies and practices.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams on guidelines.
• Adhere to SDLC and development patterns.
