Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building latency‑sensitive front‑office trading systems.
• Distributed, cloud‑native applications with low latency and concurrency.
• Strong SDLC coverage from design to production support.
• Ability to balance rapid delivery with architectural rigour.
• Proficiency in MSSQL/MySQL database design and optimization.
• Proven ability to validate ideas through POCs and testing.
• Experience building automated testing for complex distributed systems.
• Ability to engage with traders, quants, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on design, build, review, test, and deliver mission‑critical, high‑performance systems end‑to‑end.
• Contribute to engineering deliverables across the full lifecycle with performance and resilience in mind.
• Drive innovation via POCs, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate progress, highlight risks, and remove delivery impediments.
