Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our client’s team in the Philippines. The role focuses on driving revenue for analytical solutions in IVD, coordinating with laboratories and hospitals, and expanding the customer base in the Metro Manila region.

The ideal candidate handles cross-selling, provides technical product demonstrations, and collaborates with internal teams to tailor service delivery and pricing discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in IVD, diagnostics, healthcare, or medical devices; senior profiles preferred.
• Hands-on experience with automated analyzers; familiarity with IVDR and regulatory standards is a plus.
• Must have sales experience, preferably in IVD or diagnostics.
• Experience handling hospital, laboratory, or institutional accounts; NCR/public hospitals exposure is a plus.
• Strong sales, territory planning, account development, analytical, and business development capabilities.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyze sales and market data.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieving the assigned sales budget (monthly and annually).
• Creating quality monthly/weekly itinerary aligned with business objectives to develop territory and accounts.
• Execute Biosystems value proposition to create new account opportunities and drive growth.
• Develop and maintain account performance tracking and visibility across territory.
