Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• 5+ years experience as Engineer or Technician for key account handling IVD products with clinical or engineering background.
• Strong understanding of IVD workflow in labs or hospitals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-based installation, troubleshooting, and preventive/__maintenance__ for customers and ensure SLA fulfillment.
• Maintain overall satisfaction and ownership of key accounts through efficient coordination with distributor team.
• Follow up requirements to align product features with customer workflow and drive end-user value.
• Provide proactive visits and service activities to advance and close the product solution value loop.
