Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in IT Service Management, ITSM architecture, or IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the overall ITSM architecture, toolchain, and technology roadmap.
• Own ITSM process design and standards, ensuring alignment with ITIL and industry best practices.
• Lead the ITSM community, coordinating with ITSM role holders.
