Job summary

Ryan LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, ITSM, to analyze business needs and deliver ITSM solutions using Ivanti and ITIL practices. The role involves coordinating ITSM projects, maintaining tool health, and collaborating across IT and business teams to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead requirements elicitation, test planning, and UAT activities, while mentoring users and ensuring high availability of ITSM systems in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ITSM/analyst experience.
• Experience with Ivanti or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL cert preferred.
• Experience with backlog management tools (Azure DevOps/Jira).

Responsibilities

• Elicit and prioritize ITSM requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage ITSM tool deployments, migrations, and integrations (Ivanti).
• Develop and maintain ITSM documentation and workflows.
• Coordinate ITIL-aligned ITSM processes and governance.
