Ryan is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, ITSM, to analyze business needs and deliver ITSM solutions using Ivanti and ITIL practices. You will coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure high availability of ITSM applications.

The role emphasizes migration of ticketing processes, documenting workflows, and mentoring users, with a focus on operational excellence and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in ITSM/IT service management analysis or similar roles.
• Proven experience with ITSM platforms, Ivanti preferred or similar (ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC).
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices; ITIL certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize ITSM requirements.
• Define features and user stories with ITIL-aligned specifications.
• Evaluate and test ITSM tools, modules, and integrations with IT Architecture and Infrastructure teams.
• Lead QA/UAT test planning to validate ITSM functionality and outcomes.
• Develop ITSM documentation, workflows, and knowledge articles; train users.
