Job summary

Origo BPO seeks an IT Supervisor to lead and mentor the IT support team while actively hands-on in infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security tasks.

The role emphasizes a strong tech foundation, incident management, and continuous improvement across Azure/Entra ID, M365, endpoints, and ITSM tooling. On-site work in Angeles supports a proactive IT culture and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with direct supervision of IT staff while staying hands-on.
• Able to troubleshoot complex IT issues across infrastructure and endpoints.
• Automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or CLI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and lead the IT support team on a day-to-day basis.
• Prioritize tickets and projects based on business impact and urgency.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior IT members.
• Monitor SLAs, productivity, and service quality.
• Lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis for major issues.
• Maintain/update IT documentation and runbooks.
