Job summary

FSG Technology Ventures, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage workspace technology including servers, networks, and endpoints across our Manila metro area offices.

You will deploy and secure devices, manage PABX, RFID and CCTV systems, and ensure policy compliance with security standards. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, MySQL, and mobile device management (NinjaOne MDM).

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Systems Administrator or Senior Support Specialist.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory and file sharing.
• Experience managing LAN/WAN/VLAN setups and network security.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL databases and repair of computer hardware.
• Experience with PABX/office telephone systems and RFID infrastructure.
• Ability to provide Tier 1-2 local/mobile support.
• Strong documentation skills for technical workflows and projects.
• Preferred IT certifications: ITIL (v3/v4), CompTIA A+, MCSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper installation, operation and maintenance of workspace technology (networks, devices, printers, and peripherals).
• Manage enterprise servers including patching, backups, file access control and security measures.
• Manage LAN/WAN/VLAN to company specifications.
• Manage MySQL databases and RFID systems.
• Maintain PABX and office telephone systems; ensure hardware health and licensing.
• Maintain productivity software licenses and workflow automation tools (Smartsheet, Zapier).
• Configure and manage Windows Server 2012 R2 AD and file sharing.
• Deploy and secure company smartphones/tablets with NinjaOne MDM; ensure remote device support.
• Install, configure and test network hardware including firewalls, switches, access points, and CCTV.
