Job summary

Foundever seeks an experienced specialist to support UKG and SAP SuccessFactors Time Management across global deployments. You will develop, test, and optimize integrations, mappings, and configurations between UKG and SAP Time Management, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The role requires hands-on SAP SF Time Management and Kronos experience, plus strong SQL reporting skills, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration for successful migrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• SAP-first experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SF Time Management.
• Migration experience in UK/Kronos to SAP SF Time Management including cutover and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug and manage UKG application.
• Provide administration and operational support for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Resolve complex problems submitted by end-users across UKG and SAP time environments.
• Participate in design and implementation of complex projects with compliance and security.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery plans are created and maintained.
• Lead or support migration from UKG to SAP Time including data mapping and integration redesign.
