Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Background in banking or financial services required.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in digital banking, payment systems, or fintech is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
