Job summary

Philtech Inc. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst for Software/SaaS to optimize spend, evaluate vendors, and drive cost-saving initiatives across the SaaS lifecycle. You will collaborate with IT, Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and performance while managing supplier relationships.

The role requires strong data analytics, market benchmarking, and negotiation skills, with a focus on renewals, SLAs, and data-driven decision making. Night shift with partial office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance or related field.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management—specifically in software/SaaS categories.
• Proficiency with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, ERP platforms).
• Strong spend analysis, cost modeling, and data reporting skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and benchmark SaaS pricing and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spend analysis, usage reviews, and cost modeling to identify savings opportunities.
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel/analytics tools to support decision‑making.
• Lead SaaS vendor due diligence (security, compliance, integration, product fit) and RFP/RFI processes.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing tiers, renewals, SLAs, and contract protections for SaaS agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle management and ensure vendor adherence to agreed terms.
• Track vendor SLAs, service quality, and product performance; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate vendor data within procurement systems.
• Research SaaS pricing benchmarks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and business owners to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
