Job summary

The role requires 3–5+ years of experience, collaboration across Engineering IT and business teams, and proficiency with ServiceNow, Power Automate, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in process improvement, IT operations, service management, or business process management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with process documentation, workflow design, and governance.
• Advanced reporting and analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow Reporting, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Analyze and improve IT processes, workflows, and operational practices; identify gaps and standardize procedures.
• Project Management: Lead and support process improvement initiatives; develop project plans and track progress.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Engineering, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Governance & Reporting: Ensure processes align with standards; define KPIs and prepare leadership updates.
• Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities to automate workflows with ServiceNow, Power Automate, and AI tools.
