Job summary

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, seeks a leader to manage a group of engineers in test product/sustaining engineering in the Philippines. You will define and develop automated test solutions for silicon, perform device characterization, and drive improvements across high-volume production.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal customers, training staff, and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards through automated test equipment and Six Sigma-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a test engineering group.
• Ability to define, design, document, analyze and develop automated test solutions.
• Interprets test results for silicon debug, device characterization and new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, document, analyze and develop automated test solutions for IC products.
• Interprets test results for silicon debugging and device characterization.
• Lead and manage a group of Engineers in test product/sustaining engineering.
• Develop and releases cost-effective test solutions on IC products into high-volume production.
• Analyze device test performance and generate test limit guard-bands per six sigma standards.
• Drive test failure analyses to completion and provide training to staff.
• Ensure all products meet quality and customer performance standards through automated test equipment methods.
