Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst - Process Engineer to re-engineer operational workflows, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure insurance product enhancements are effectively designed, tested, and deployed.

The ideal candidate bridges business operations with IT and strategy, combining Lean Six Sigma, workflow mapping, and change management experience to drive improvements across core systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years as BA/Process Engineer in insurance/financial services.
• Strong understanding of insurance product lifecycles and operations.
• Experience with core systems implementations and data/gap analyses.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize end-to-end insurance workflows (As-Is/To-Be).
• Lead cross-functional projects, coordinate IT and business teams.
• Document BRDs/FRDs and perform requirements analyses.
• Oversee testing, UAT, and post-deployment support.
