Job summary

Quess Philippines Corp. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Cebu City. You will maintain and optimize our enterprise server environment, focusing on Citrix/VMware, and ensure 24/7 availability.

You will work within IT and corporate teams, create designs, document solutions, and support migrations while minimizing business disruption. Strong English, 5+ years in large ICT environments are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in large ICT environments.
• Experience with Citrix DAAS or VDI.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation of software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our (Enterprise) server environment.
• Participate as a specialist in projects, create technical designs and document the implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with various disciplines within our IT (Corporate) organization to realize projects.
• Execute and plan changes without disrupting the business process, including documenting and handing over to IT Support.
• Support our suppliers and users when there are IT technical problems.
• Identify the requirements and wishes of our organization and translate them into IT solutions.
