Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Senior Specialist to manage, optimize, and secure our enterprise IT environment in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on servers, networks, cloud, and virtualization, with responsibility for performance, capacity, and incident resolution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of infrastructure experience, strong technical knowledge across platforms, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of infrastructure experience.
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, virtualization, and operating systems.
Experience with enterprise infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
Relevant certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Administer servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, storage, and virtualization platforms.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and technology projects.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
Manage backup, recovery, patching, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
Implement infrastructure security controls.
Provide technical escalation support for complex incidents.
Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
Support disaster recovery testing and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
