Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. in Taguig seeks a Senior IT Engineer specializing in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to design, implement, and maintain our identity and access management infrastructure for a global enterprise.

You will deploy AD, manage Entra ID, automate with PowerShell, enforce MFA and security controls, and collaborate with security and infra teams to meet regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT infrastructure or identity management
• 3+ years Active Directory administration
• 2+ years Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) implementation
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Strong Group Policy & LDAP knowledge
• Experience provisioning/deprovisioning and access workflows
• Hybrid identity solutions experience
• Troubleshooting IAM issues
• Security best practices for authentication/authorization
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and maintain Active Directory environments (domain controllers, forests, trusts)
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID configurations (provisioning, licensing, conditional access)
• Create/manage Group Policies; automate identity tasks with PowerShell
• Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning with MFA and access controls
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues with efficiency
• Monitor directory services performance, capacity, and security
• Document configurations and architectural decisions for audits
• Stay current with Microsoft identity updates and technologies
