Continental is seeking a detail-oriented Senior IT Engineer specializing in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. You will design, implement, and maintain IAM infrastructure, ensuring secure and organized management of user identities across the enterprise.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or identity management roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and managing Active Directory environments.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) implementation and management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy management, LDAP, and directory services protocols.

• Design, deploy, and maintain Active Directory environments, including domain controllers, forests, and trusts in enterprise settings.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID configurations, including user provisioning, licensing, conditional access policies, and hybrid identity solutions.
• Create and manage Group Policies and automate identity management tasks using PowerShell to enforce security standards.
• Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows with authentication, authorization, and MFA best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues with efficiency and precision.
• Monitor directory services performance, capacity, and security metrics with security and infrastructure teams.
