Job summary

Yokogawa Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior ITS Digital Transformation Engineer to maintain and enhance the Enterprise ERP system, support end users, and drive automation and analytics initiatives.

You will implement automated workflows using Power Automate, design SQL queries, and build dashboards with Tableau and Power BI while aligning with internal DX programs. The role emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, system enhancements, and adherence to security and governance

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in IT, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, ERP, or Analytics roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP, or business information systems.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and managing digital projects.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows (e.g., Power Automate, RPA tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Digital Transformation (DX) projects across business and operational functions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Implement automated notifications, approvals, escalations, and workflow monitoring through Power Automate.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated business processes using programming languages (C# and Java), data visualization tools (Tableau), and Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps and Power Automate) is preferred.
• Support new Global SAP project implementation as the Local Process Architect (LPA).
• Collaborate with business users to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and end-user training.
• Design and develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports using Tableau or Power BI and other analytics platforms.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to support informed management decision-making.

The ITS Digital Transformation (DX) Senior Engineer supports Yokogawa's digital transformation by maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Enterprise EPR system and other business applications. The role focuses on ensuring stable application operations, supporting end users and business stakeholders, and driving improvements in operational efficiency through business process automation (e.g., RPA), data analytics (e.g., Tableau and Power BI), and related IT technologies, in alignment with Yokogawa's Internal DX initiatives.

Experience
