Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, ERP, or Analytics roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP, or business information systems.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and managing digital projects.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows (e.g., Power Automate)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Digital Transformation (DX) projects across business and operational functions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
• Implement automated notifications, approvals, escalations, and workflow monitoring through Power Automate.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using C# and Java, Tableau, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
