Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation is seeking a capable professional to support project planning, reporting, data collection, and scheduling across multiple workstreams in the Philippines. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders.

The candidate will contribute to project lifecycle activities, including handover to business as usual, while developing technical knowledge through ongoing training and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level General Exp Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
  • Managerial Exp Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)

Responsibilities

  • Plan projects and workstreams following the organization's project management framework.
  • Prepare project papers, agendas, reports, and presentations for reviews.
  • Extract and input relevant data into standard formats and reports.
  • Design monthly schedules and assign tasks to teammates to meet priorities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in operations.
  • Prepare moderately complex documents and training materials.
  • Draft product documentation and support handovers for business as usual.
  • Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning and training.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning Carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organize all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organization's project management framework.
  • Project Reporting and Review Contribute to project and program reporting and review by organizing meetings and by preparing project and/or program papers (e.g., agendas, reports, and presentations).
  • Data Collection and Analysis Extract relevant data from information provided by others, and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats.
  • Work Scheduling and Allocation Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
  • Continuous Improvement Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
  • Document Preparation Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
  • Project Closeout and Handover Draft elements of product documentation and user training to support handover to business as usual. Contribute to post-project reviews and identification of lessons learned.
  • Personal Capability Building Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
