Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
• 15+ years of application delivery experience in financial services.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects (Core Banking).
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Share the delegated responsibility of the head and own accountability for delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with ITG and other units for seamless delivery.
• Enforce IT SDLC and Governance structure compliance.
• Align business unit strategy with BDO Architecture.
