Job summary
FWD Life Philippines is seeking a Functional Systems Analyst to help implement technology solutions cost-effectively by defining project requirements and communicating them clearly to stakeholders. Collaborates with the technical resources on the development of technical solutions to business problems.
The role requires a degree in IT or related field and relevant certifications; 3+ years in analysis, preferably in insurance, with MS Office proficiency and exposure to automation/tools such as
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
- CBAP, PSM or ITIL certification is an advantage.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
- Preferably from the Insurance industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with automation tools and testing is an advantage (Jira, Slack, Teams; Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
- Experience with cloud solutions and life insurance system development is an advantage.
