Henkel Philippines is seeking a Senior IT Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and partner with business units to deliver trusted dashboards and reports across operations.

You will design data models using DAX and PowerQuery, implement data quality controls, and provide guidance on dashboard usage while supporting mid-shift, hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics and IT Project Management.
• Experience in Power BI development, dashboards, reports, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and deliver structured, analytical solutions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI; interpret data and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform data quality checks and manage access for reports and databases.
