Qualifications

• Strong governance, process management, or PMO experience.
• Understanding of structured approval processes and forums.
• Strong ability to manage complex workflows and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and follow-through capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee governance across the account, ensuring alignment with ISB policies and processes.
• Manage and coordinate submissions into ISB governance forums (Deal Review Forums, Solution Review Forums).
• Define, implement, and maintain a clear governance model across the account (decision approval processes, forums, templates).
• Ensure decisions and approvals are recorded, tracked, and auditable; maintain decision logs/approval trackers.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with governance-aligned reporting and data accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance with Sales, Resource Management, Procurement, and Finance to ensure a consistent framework.
