• Bachelor's degree in a closely related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of direct irrigation operations and pump management experience.
• Advanced hydraulics, pumps, pipes, and flow control knowledge.
• Proven supervision of technical teams and contractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPANET or hydraulic modeling tools.
