Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Agriculture
• Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience
• Extensive design management experience within engineering consultancy firms
• Experience in irrigation master planning and strategic network planning
• Hydraulic modelling and network analysis using WaterGEMS, EPANET, or equivalent software
• GIS-based irrigation asset management and spatial data integration
• Experience in demand forecasting and future network capacity assessments
• UAE experience is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Study existing topography, slope, and property boundaries.
• Determine available flow rates, pressure limits, and water quality from wells, rivers, or municipal lines.
• Test soil type, permeability, and water retention alongside local weather patterns and crop or plant water demands.
