Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural, Environmental, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in irrigation works operation, canal repair and maintenance, or water management.
• Willingness to be assigned to Kapalong, Digos, Sarangani area.
• Computer literate with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Physically and mentally fit with good moral character.
• Preferably with managerial experience in supervising field workers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, rehabilitation, repair and preventive maintenance of irrigation systems and related facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and operational issues.
• Ensure irrigation equipment and facilities are well maintained to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate fuel distribution and monitor fuel consumption at pump stations.
• Lead and supervise irrigation operators, pump tenders, mechanics, and field workers.
