Job summary

Hexagon Shared Services Inc is seeking an Integration and Automation Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex integration programs. You will guide clients and internal teams through discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, acting as the technical authority on all integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in integration development and implementation with iPaaS.
• Proven experience leading complex integration projects.
• Hands-on with iPaaS: flows, connections, data mapping/transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical execution of integration projects and meet milestones.
• Define technical scope with Project Managers and validate plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation for roadblocks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs.
• Provide status updates and ensure architecture aligns with client goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions and design robust integration solutions.
• Develop data mappings and ensure data integrity.
