Job Summary

We are looking for a high-caliber Integration Architect or Integration Lead to design, implement, and oversee modern enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on experience in integration design, API development, and cross‑platform data exchange using RESTful and SOAP-based services. This role will play a key leadership position in guiding technical teams, setting integration standards, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end integration solutions for complex enterprise systems.
• Lead and mentor development teams in the creation of reusable, scalable APIs and services.
• Define integration patterns, best practices, and development standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across architecture, business, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to architecture principles.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation, diagrams, and integration design specifications.
• Identify process improvements and lead the adoption of new tools or methodologies.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams; flexibility in work hours and occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java or equivalent backend programming languages.
• Solid understanding of API development and integration principles (RESTful services, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Hands‑on experience exposing and consuming APIs via API gateways or middleware.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, AWS CodeCommit).
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver quality results in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with any integration or middleware platforms (Apigee, Dell Boomi, Tibco, Azure Logic Apps, WSO2, Kafka).
• Understanding of ESB architecture and microservices.
• Knowledge of messaging protocols such as JMS, FTP, SMTP.
• Strong skills in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in IT consulting, client‑facing delivery, or operations support.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and release processes.
