Job summary

Samsara is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to deliver world-class hardware and software support for our customers. Join the Tier 2 team within Global Technical Support to resolve complex issues and improve support across functions.

This remote role is open to candidates based in Mexico, with a strong technical background, customer-facing skills, and hands-on experience with SaaS and IoT products.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Engineering, or technical field.
• 6 months to 1 year in support or technical roles.
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class hardware and software support to customers.
• Resolve medium to high complexity issues with speed and clarity.
• Respond to tickets promptly and maintain SLA goals.
• Create and maintain customer-facing knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to reproduce bugs.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
